EXCHANGES:
You may request an exchange for another size or store credit within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
REFUNDS:
We accept refunds only for items that are incorrect or faulty. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or issue a refund as appropriate.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Goods are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday). It typically takes 3-4 business days to process your order. If there are any delays for any reason, we will contact you via email.
Once your goods are dropped at the post office, you will receive tracking details from the service provider, which should update by the same day around midnight.
